Controller Bot

Controller Bot is the classic tool for people who run Telegram channels. You connect a channel through your own bot token, then compose posts inside the bot: attach media, add URL buttons and emoji reaction buttons, preview, and either publish now or schedule for a specific time. It also shows subscriber counts and post views.

The base workflow is free. Advanced features such as more channels or extra automation are sold as add-ons. The bot predates Telegram's built-in scheduling, but buttons under posts remain its main advantage over the native "schedule message" feature.

How to start

  1. Create a bot in @BotFather and add it to your channel as admin
  2. Send the token to @ControllerBot and pick the channel
  3. Compose a post, add buttons, choose publish time

FAQ

Why not use Telegram's own scheduling?

Native scheduling has no buttons under posts; Controller Bot adds them and keeps a posting queue.
