PostoplanBot is not a standalone posting tool but the Telegram-side connector for Postoplan, a scheduler built for admins who manage a channel alongside accounts on other networks. Once linked, you compose and schedule posts from the Postoplan dashboard and they go out to Telegram on time along with whatever else you have queued elsewhere.

This is the right pick if you already run cross-network content calendars and want Telegram folded into the same workflow; it is unnecessary overhead if Telegram is your only channel. The free plan is capped at 30 posts a month, after which a paid plan is required.
