iTasks positions itself explicitly against the friction of "real" project-management tools: no separate account to create, no app to install, just a Mini App you open from a chat. Inside, it covers the basics a small team actually needs — creating tasks, setting deadlines, assigning them to specific people, and seeing what is overdue — without the workflow customization and permission layers that make tools like Jira take a day to configure before anyone can use them.

The trade-off is depth: it will not replace a mature PM tool for a large organization with complex workflows, custom fields or reporting needs. For a small team, a freelancer working with a couple of clients, or a household project, though, the "no install, no sign-up" pitch is genuinely the point — everyone involved probably already has Telegram open. Worth trying before reaching for a heavier tool, precisely because trying it costs nothing beyond opening the chat.
