Stickers Bot

Stickers Bot is where every sticker pack in Telegram is registered. It accepts static PNG/WEBP files, animated TGS and video WEBM stickers, asks for an emoji per sticker, and publishes the pack under a t.me/addstickers link that anyone can install. The same bot manages custom emoji packs for Premium users and lets pack owners reorder, replace or delete items and edit the title later.

Because it is maintained by Telegram, it never disappears and never watermarks your files. The trade-off is strictness: images must already be 512 px on the longer side with a transparent background, so many people pair it with a third-party sticker maker that prepares files.
