QR Generator (code-qr.ru)

This bot is the Telegram front-end for code-qr.ru, a small Russian QR-generation service. The interaction is as plain as it gets: message the bot with a link, a phone number, Wi-Fi details or any short text, and it returns a ready-to-scan QR code image in the same chat. There is no menu to navigate and nothing to configure first — one message in, one code out.

Because it is tied to a standalone website, the same generator is also reachable from a browser at code-qr.ru for anyone who would rather work outside Telegram, a useful fallback if codes are being generated as part of a larger workflow and a persistent bookmarkable page is preferred over a chat.

The trade-off for that simplicity is a narrower feature set than the bilingual, decode-capable competitors in this list: the bot's own description is Russian-only, and there is no evidence it reads QR codes back out of a photo — it is a one-way generator.
